Cookies - Instructions

Cookies are often used to store local user preferences and session details. When the system makes requests to the server the cookies will be sent in the message.

Functionality

This page creates two cookies cookie-page-val and cookie-page-sessionId.

The cookies can be deleted or re-created using the on page buttons.

Testing

Use the Developer tools and check the Application Storage section to check the creation and values of the cookies.

You should be able to amend and delete the cookies from the application storage.

Automating

Your automation tool will probably have features to let you create and amend cookies.
